What to expect at the Chef Conference in Philadelphia
A culinary Who's Who will descend on the City of Brotherly Love to talks shop about hospitality – and cook up a storm.

On April 4-7, Philadelphia will host the second edition of at the boutique hotel . The event will gather world famous industry leaders – chefs, journalists and gastronomic professionals – to celebrate the culinary arts with a program designed to spark new ideas and strengthen the hospitality community – all while offering a taste of Philly’s vibrant dining scene.
Founder and executive director Mike Traud has curated a series of panel with topics ranging from ‘When Disaster Strikes’ to keynotes with industry luminaries on topics ranging from Michelin stars to real estate, mental health and sustainability. Noma Projects will also feature at the conference, as they will share innovations from the iconic restaurant noma’s test kitchen and fermentation lab. Throughout the weekend, Noma Projects will let conference-goers and Philadelphians alike taste ingredients and products through collaborations with notable chefs and restaurants around the city.
Simultaneously, Resy, a digital dining platform that books reservations for diners, will host ticketed events around Philadelphia, pairing some of the most beloved chefs and restaurants from across the nation with local favorites.
