The Altstadt-Bar has now celebrated its tenth anniversary. Under the umbrella of the Hotel Schwarzer Bär, however, two things have not changed. The mischievous approach - for which the monkey is the heraldic animal - and the excellent cocktails. They are still curated by Michi Kreuzer, who is now known as "Mr. Dietrich".
