Reminiscent of a liquid dessert, this cocktail comes from the Alcron Bar of the recently renovated Almanac X hotel in Prague and was created by bar manager and mixologist George Němec.

Ingredients

Ingredients
2.5 cl Irish Whiskey
1 cl Red Vermouth
1 cl Amontillado Sherry
1.5 cl Creme de Cacao
0.5 cl Vetiver (e.g. Monin)
1 cl Sugar syrup
2 cl Cream
7 Dashes Cocktail bitters
  • Pour all the ingredients into a shaker over ice cubes and shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with pieces of dark chocolate.
