Summer Cocktail

An aperitif with a twist.

Ingredients
6 cl Antica Formula, macerated with fennel seeds
2 cl Tequila Reposado
Pink grapefruit soda for topping up
Ice cubes, or a large chunk of ice
Salt (for garnish)
  • Macerate 6 cl Antica Formula with approx. 1-2 g of fennel seeds for 24 hours.
  • Prepare the glass: Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a slice of grapefruit or a little water and dip in salt. Then set aside.
  • Fill the prepared glass with a large chunk of ice or ice cubes.
  • Add the Antica Formula and Tequila Reposado.
  • Top up with pink grapefruit soda.
  • Stir gently and serve immediately.
